Correa/Chart Metalworks Collaboration 1" Sea Turtle Pendant

We've been interested in collaborating with another Maine jewelry designer for years and fortunately had the chance to meet with Chart Metalworks out of Portland - it was a perfect fit.

We pour layers of resin over the sea turtle design, which creates a dome, magnifies the image beneath, and produces a durable seal.

Seven different species of sea (or marine) turtles grace our ocean waters, from shallow seagrass beds to colorful reefs to sandy beaches. While these highly migratory species periodically come ashore to either bask or nest, sea turtles spend the bulk of their lives in the ocean.
