Sea Turtle With Diamond Eyes Pendant
Sea Turtles are found in all oceans except for the polar regions. The largest Sea Turtles can measure up to 5 feet in width, 9 feet in length and up to 1,500 pounds in weight. Sea Turtles usually lay around 100 eggs at a time but on average only 1 will survive until adulthood. They can live to be decades old and often migrate over thousands of miles. Sea Turtles have a magnetic compass sense which allows them to determine and maintain a specific magnetic heading or orientation. They eat a wide variety of plant and animal life including, seaweed, seagrass, mollusks, worms and jellyfish. Unfortunately many species of Sea Turtles are classified as vulnerable, endangered or critically endangered.
